Nucidays is the signature event created by Novëm: an entire day dedicated to well-being, discovery, and sharing. For this 2nd edition, we have chosen an extraordinary setting —
the Château d'Avignonet, a 17th-century residence, to offer you a memorable experience.

Yes, absolutely. Access to Nucidays is free and includes discovery activities as well as Novëm workshops. Some more comprehensive services offered by providers are available on-site at reduced rates, by reservation.

Registration for the event is sufficient to access the discovery sessions and open-access workshops. However, certain workshops with limited capacity — such as the face yoga workshop — require prior booking via the dedicated link.
