When you are an entrepreneur, there are days when you find yourself in the morning in front of your computer without really knowing where to start. So how do you organize your business days?
Don't worry, it's often the same for me!
In all honesty, there really isn't a typical day when you're an entrepreneur and that's what I love! This freedom to work for myself, to get up every morning with passion and the desire to get down to my work is what drives me and what boosts me on days when things are less good.
But I still try to organize myself and plan my days, otherwise it can quickly go all over the place.
I decided to share with you my typical day template because I know that the structure can help more than one!
On the other hand, one thing is sure: when you start you touch everything!
A typical day
8 a.m. - Coffee
9 a.m. - I always start by checking my emails, orders on the site and social networks (because yes I manage the logistics and the community management;) )
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - This time slot varies, but I usually try to block it out for the whole product development part: so calls with the labs, the suppliers, the finishing of the cases, the test results… In short, there is always what to do!
12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. - My moment of break: I take my little dog out and get some fresh air! Often I put an inspiring podcast in my ears and I get ready for the afternoon, I make to-do in my head to be sure not to forget anything! Then I eat of course!
1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. - Usually in the afternoons I work on content creation, such as Instagram posts, Facebook posts, newsletters, product offers, etc! There are always lots of things to imagine and I like to give myself the time to do well to be inspired and create content that makes sense!
Afterwards there are often a lot of meetings on the commercial part of the company, with our suppliers, our laboratories… In the end, no two days are really alike! 😉
And there you are, you already know a lot about the course of my day as founder of novëm, but the most important message that I want to convey is above all to make you happy!
Choose a job, a passion that drives you and makes you want to jump out of bed every morning (or almost) I promise it will change your life!
